Prince William and Kate have ‘no desire to meet’ Prince Harry and are ‘dreading’ UK visit
Prince Harry is set to return to the UK today but most likely won't be meeting any members of the Royal Family something which may come as a relief to Prince William and Princess Kate, according to a royal expert.
Prince William and Princess Kate have “no desire” to meet with Prince Harry when he lands in the UK, according to a royal expert.
It’s been nearly one year since the death of Queen Elizabeth II and the royal rift has only seemed to deepen since her passing.
Prince Harry will travel to the UK today, without Meghan Markle, but a family reunion does not seem to be in the cards.
“It is my understanding that the Prince and Princess of Wales have no desire to meet with Harry – with or without Meghan Markle,” said royal expert Kinsey Schofield.
The host of the To Di For Daily podcast added: “There is a severe lack of trust, and they don’t want the conversation repeated to anyone.”

Prince William and Princess Kate have ‘no desire’ to see Prince Harry when he comes to the UK.
Prince Harry’s visit could serve as a distraction from the anniversary of the Queen’s death, Ms Schofield claimed. This could be particularly poignant considering Prince William and Princess Kate are expected to acknowledge the late Queen’s passing tomorrow.
“I suspect that Prince William is dreading Prince Harry’s arrival. Especially when William and Catherine are expected to publicly acknowledge the anniversary of the late queen’s passing. Harry will be, no doubt, a distraction and will create conflicting headlines that the palace will not appreciate,” Ms Schofield told Fox News Digital.
She added that Prince Harry would likely mention the late Queen in his speech at the WellChild Awards – the reason for his solo UK visit.
The Duke of Sussex is then expected to quickly proceed to Germany where the Invictus Games – which he started in 2014 – will begin on September 9.

The rift within the Royal Family has grown since the Queen’s death.
Although it is expected that Meghan will join her husband in Germany, she apparently won’t be taking the stage after her name was removed from the official schedule.
While Prince Harry is in the UK, he isn’t expected to meet his father King Charles either.
The King will mark the first anniversary of his mother’s death privately at Balmoral in Scotland where she died peacefully last year on September 8.
Although there won’t be a public anniversary to mark the occasion, Prince William and Princess Kate will reportedly visit St David’s Cathedral in south Wales before visiting communities in the region.
