How to make tasty dish loved by Princess Kate and the Royal Family – simple recipe
Princess Kate has likely sampled some of the finest cuisines in the world, however, her favourite foods might be pretty relatable.
People Magazine reported that the royal is a big fan of one particular pasta dish – she even cooks it with her little ones.
Matthew Kleiner-Mann, chief executive of the Ivy Learning Trust, reportedly said: “She was telling us how much her children love cooking and how they cook for her. They made cheesy pasta the other day. One stirs the flour, one puts the milk and butter in. And they make salads and stuff.”
For those who want to eat like the royals, cheesy pasta is incredibly easy to whip up at home. It’s the ultimate comfort dish and is tasty for adults and kiddies alike.

Method
1. Pour the pasta into a ceramic or glass microwavable bowl. Pour over 700ml boiling water and cook for two minutes on high. Stir and repeat twice more, cooking the pasta for six minutes in total. Drain the pasta and return it to the bowl.
2. Put the cornflour and one tbsp of milk into a jug. Stir together to form a paste. Add the rest of the milk and mix well. Pour this over the pasta.
3. Add the mustard and mix in. Add the grated gruyère and cheddar, stirring well. You can cook the pasta in the same bowl or tip it into a microwavable serving dish.
4. Cook on high for five minutes, stirring after two and a half minutes. Dust over the parmesan and dot with little pieces of butter. Cook for another two minutes. Season with black pepper according to your personal taste.
