In the US, Heartland seasons 1-15 are currently available to watch on the streaming service UP Faith & Family. UP Faith & Family is available for $5.99 a month for a monthly plan or $53.99 annually.
Seasons 1-14 of Heartland are available to watch on Netflix. Season 15 is set to arrive on the streaming service on May 31, 2023. However, seasons 15 and 16 are now available on Netflix in the UK and Australia. So, consider using a VPN to get access to Netflix in these countries to watch seasons 15 and 16 now.
Fans can also watch seasons 1-14 of Heartland on Hulu and Peacock. However, there is no word as to when season 15 will be coming to Hulu or Peacock.

In Canada, Heartland airs on CBC and is available for streaming on CBC Gem. The series now resides exclusively on CBC Gem, as seasons 1-15 were removed from Netflix in March 2023.

UK and Australia
Every season of Heartland except for season 1-6 are available on Netflix in the UK and Australia, including seasons 15 and 16. Though in Australia, seasons 1-6 are available on Amazon Prime Video with a basic subscription.
Where to Watch Heartland Season 16
Season 16 of Heartland premiered on October 2, 2022, and featured 15 episodes. The series released weekly episodes on CBC and CBC Gem in Canada.
US
Season 16 of Heartland will be arriving at UP Faith & Family on June 1, 2023. Episodes will be added on a weekly basis and it is the only place to watch season 16 of Heartland until 2024. There are no release dates for when Netflix, Hulu, and Peacock will be streaming season 16.

Will Heartland Be Renewed for Season 17?
Heartland season 17 has been announced yet. However, it is likely the series will be renewed thanks to its popularity.
Many sources believe that the series will be renewed, with Heartland season 17 will premiering in October 2023 or sometime in the fall of 2023. Seasons 15 and 16 of the show were both announced in June and released in October.
If it is indeed renewed, we can expect between 10-15 hour-long episodes in Heartland Season 17.
