Heartland Season 17 Episode 03 Full Episode (Official+) English Subtitles

This episode has four main storylines, although there is also a fifth that concerns Nathan Pryce. Three of the main storylines really involve the characters “moving forward” in some way – Amy in terms of possibly finding a new relationship, Lou in trying to find a purpose in her life after being Mayor, and Katie trying to find her place in the world, in a sense. The episode begins with Caleb showing up with Carson and a pony named Donut. Caleb has purchased Donut for Carson but Donut, it turns out, has issues. Amy isn’t sure what to do at first but fairly quickly finds out that Donut’s issues is related to having been confined to small spaces. The real story in the situation is in what appears to be Amy and Caleb beginning to realize they have a “connection” – Amy and Caleb hug a couple of times, for example. But first we find Edwin taking out Amy on a date, to do some archery. Amy has fun with Edwin but realizes fairly quickly that its more of a “having fun with a friend” connection and she ends up telling Edwin that. To complicate the scenario even more, we see the Nathan Pryce Jr and Amy meet for the first time, and my assumption is that Amy will ultimately find a stronger connection with him than with Caleb, but thats presumably where the storlyine goes this season. The second main storyline is about Lou sitting around home, moping after her loss to Rick, which Tim, of course, points out to her. Jessica has decided to open an art gallery in Hduson, but the space she wants to use is a hisotrical building and she needs Lous help to move the project forward. So Lou ends up becoming her partner in the venture. Katie finds out that she did not win the writing contest she has entered and is not very happy. She stumbles upon some kids riding motorcycles in the woods. One of the riders tried to get her to try riding but she is scared at first. After a conversation with Lou where Lou encourages her to find something different (kind of a mirror of Lou trying to find something in their life now), however, Katie ends up deciding to try mororcycle riding. Logan’s storyline is about him trying to further his relationship with Miley. Tim asks him to work with a barrel riding horse that the Rodeo school uses but who hass issues. Tim, once again, shows his nature by pressuring Logan about helping the horse and Logan ends up tealling Tim the horse is fixed prematurely. Unfortunately, this leads to Miley being hurt by the horse.. And the fifth storyline is about Nathan Pryce Jr. Amy initially encounters a young guy while she is out riding, and assumes he is the Pryce’s foreman. We find out that the Pryces’ are not willing to lease the land they bought from Sam to Heartland. So Nathan is invited to the ranch so they can discuss this. It turns out that Jack knew Nathan Pryce Sr, but the older Nathan has retired and Nathan Pryce Jr is the one calling the shots. Nathan offers to lease them some of the land but wants double what they paid Sam. Lou points out that the easiest way to get cattle to the water source, the river, is to cut through Heartland’s property, Nathan recognizes that Lou is using that as a negotiating strategy, but is initially hesitant to back down on the leasing price. But, in the end, he accepts keeping the price the same, with him getting access for his cattle through Heartland, for one year, which will give everyone time to figure out where to go from there. As Nathan is leaving the ranch house, he comes upon Amy. She learns that he is not the foreman, which she originally thought, but we also get a glimmer of a backstory – that he used to love Rodeo but, it sounds like, something keeps him from his love. He also says he has to get back to “his girl”, who is home alone, but my assumption is that he is referring to his dog… #Heartland #FullEpisodes #Trailer
