General Hospital Update: Friday, August 25 – Cult Survivors Bond, Mob Couple Tested and Love Quiz Avoided
General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, August 25, indicates that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will grow increasingly frustrated over Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) decline at Ferncliff. It’ll be obvious that Sasha is getting worse instead of better, so he’ll wonder why he’s the only one paying attention here.
Cody will pressure Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) to help him fake crazy and get sent to Ferncliff as well, but that’ll mean taking a gamble. There’s no guarantee Cody will be able to get out once he gets in, so Sam will want him to understand what’s at stake.
At the hospital, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will find Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) to discuss her return as a GH nurse. Now that Willow’s recovery is progressing, she’ll want to put all the pieces in place for her eventual work comeback.
Meanwhile, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will try to dodge a love life quiz. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) might wonder how Finn and Elizabeth’ romance is going, but Finn may not want to jinx it or go into too much detail.
Besides, Finn’s priority right now is being there for Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) and figuring out a way to tell Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) the truth about their father’s ALS shocker.
It looks like Alexis will get Finn to think about what Gregory’s diagnosis will mean moving forward. There’ll come a day when Gregory can’t take care of himself, so Finn will need to plan accordingly.
Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard, he’ll sense that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is holding back. Sonny will invite Nina to spill what’s on her mind instead of delaying the conversation, so it looks like Nina will admit how she’s feeling.
Nina will voice her concerns about Sonny leaving her in the dark on dangerous situations – including all the drama going on with Ava Jerome (Maura West).
Sonny wants to protect Nina and only tells her what she needs to know, but she feels like she’s on the outside. Nina might even accuse Sonny of sharing more with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) when they were together.
While Sonny and Nina tackle an obstacle as a couple, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will seethe as she makes a phone call. The Deception lawsuit news will leave Brook Lynn ready to rip into Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) since she’s obviously behind it.
Unfortunately, Tracy won’t care about the chaos she’s unleashed and will spend some time patting herself on the back over what she assumes will be a big victory.
Back with Willow, she’ll hang out with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) for a bit, so they may end up bonding over their escapes from Dawn of Day. Kristina and Willow are both cult survivors, so that’ll give them something to connect over.
