General Hospital Update: Monday, August 28 – Parent Trap, Messy Meltdown and New Prison Freedom Plan
General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, August 28, indicates that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will meet up with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and fret over Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) strained marriage.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) has been shutting Portia out, but Trina will feel like there must be some way to get their relationship back on track.
At Curtis’ rehab facility, it looks like he’ll be frustrated enough to want to cut his physical therapy sessions short and just go home. It’ll be Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) who steps up and encourages Curtis to keep at it.
Over with Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett), he’ll get updates on Curtis’ desire to come home.
Marshall will be confused when Portia acts like it’s bad news, but it’ll just be a matter of Curtis needing to stick to his recovery efforts for a while longer.
Next, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will have an important meeting. It turns out Anna will have a special request – and she’ll need Robert to come through for her without pushing for answers.
Of course, Robert may ask questions anyway, but Anna will remain cagey about what she’s up to.
There’s a good chance this relates to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna’s mission to uncover everything he’s hiding regarding Pikeman.
At GH, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will lean on Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) as he grapples with Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) ALS and worries about the road ahead.
Liz will offer a great reminder about living in the present to avoid missing out on special memories.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will resort to name-calling and beverage-throwing as she rips into Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight).
Martin will face Lucy’s interrogation over all his secret payments, so he’ll land in the doghouse – especially when he insists he’s too busy helping Valentin to assist with the lawsuit.
At Kelly’s, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will have a different case on her mind – namely the one involving Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and his harsh sentence for insider trading.
Carly will summon Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and pressure her to get Drew out of Pentonville, so it sounds like Diane will accept Drew as her client and kick off a new mission.
Elsewhere, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will voice her frustration to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) since Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith) clearly doesn’t want her anywhere near the surrogacy process.
Alexis will do her best to offer good advice and hopefully pave the way for her daughters to reconcile, so we’ll see if Kristina and Molly can make that happen eventually.
